Refund & Cancellation Policy
At SkillBeings Private Limited, we strive to provide a transparent and student-friendly refund policy.
1. Seat Booking Amount
A ₹999 Seat Booking Amount is fully refundable if the student decides not to continue with the admission before the batch commencement date.
The refund will be processed after deducting applicable payment gateway charges, taxes, and transaction fees, if any.
2. Course Fee Refund
Students may request a refund after admission. Refunds will be considered only for the unused portion of the course.
The amount corresponding to the classes, training sessions, study materials, recordings, mentorship, or services already provided will not be refunded.
Only the fee for the remaining, unutilized duration of the course will be eligible for refund, subject to approval by Skill Beings Private Limited.
3. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days to the original payment method or designated bank account.
4. Cancellation by Skill Beings
If Skill Beings Private Limited cancels a batch or course due to unforeseen circumstances, students may choose either:
A full refund, or
A transfer to the next available batch.
